GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/h2>

I. Introductory Provisions<\/h3>

Art. 1. (Scope)<\/strong>
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Kapsio BG Ltd.<\/strong>, which operates the e-shop capsiobg.com<\/a><\/strong>, hereinafter referred to as \u201eProvider\u201c or \u201eSeller\u201c, and any person using the services of the e-shop capsiobg.com<\/strong><\/a>, hereinafter referred to as \u201eUser\u201c or \u201eCustomer\u201c.<\/p>

Art. 2. (Consent)<\/strong>
The use of the e-shop, as well as placing an order, means that the User has read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Payment Methods published on capsiobg.com<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>

Art. 3. (Subject matter of the contract)<\/strong>
The Supplier shall provide the User with the opportunity to order remotely via an electronic order submitted through the website. capsiobg.com<\/a><\/strong>, precisely dosed flavourings and sauces in individual capsules, as well as related products<\/strong>, payment can be made in advance or by cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment by courier.<\/p>

Article 4 (Nature of products)<\/strong>
All products offered in capsiobg.com<\/strong><\/a>, are intended for end users and\/or business customers and are precisely dosed flavourings, sauces and other related products offered in individual capsules or other suitable packaging. Detailed information on product type, contents, quantity, method of use, storage conditions and expiry date is given on the product page of the respective item.<\/p>

II. Contract procedure and purchase steps<\/h3>

The distance selling contract is considered concluded from the moment of order confirmation by the Supplier. Where the User has opted for prepayment, the execution of the order shall commence upon receipt of the amount due. Where cash on delivery has been selected, payment shall be made on receipt of the shipment by the courier. The order process includes the following mandatory steps:<\/p>

Art. 5. (Product selection)<\/strong><\/p>

Step 1:<\/strong> The user selects a product from the relevant category, including flavourings, sauces, capsules and other products offered through the site.
Step 2:<\/strong> The user selects the desired quantity, variant or packaging of the product when different options are available for the respective item.
Step 3:<\/strong> The user adds the selected product to the Cart by clicking \u201eAdd to cart\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>

Art. 6. (Review and Finalization)<\/strong><\/p>

Step 4:<\/strong> Review the Shopping Cart for a final check of all selected products and quantities.
Step 5:<\/strong> Pressing the button \u201eFinalise order\u201c<\/strong>.
Step 6:<\/strong> Delivery details - The user fills in the required fields with accurate and up-to-date data (Name, Address, Phone, Email) and selects the delivery method (delivery is made by courier company, currently Econt<\/strong>).<\/p>

Art. 7. (Payment and Consent)<\/strong><\/p>

Step 7:<\/strong> User proceeds to checkout by the payment method selected and indicated on the website<\/strong>. To ensure the security of transactions, the Provider may use licensed payment processors (e.g. Stripe) to process payments. capsiobg.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0does not store bank\/card data; all data is processed directly by the respective payment operator.<\/p>

Step 8:<\/strong> The User must declare that he\/she has read and agrees to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Payment Methods by ticking the appropriate box.<\/p>

Step 9:<\/strong> The order is completed with a button \u201eComplete Order\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>

Art. 8. (Execution of the contract)<\/strong>
The order shall be deemed to be accepted for execution upon confirmation by the Supplier. In the case of a prepayment option, the execution of the order starts after confirmation of payment received. If cash on delivery is selected, the order shall be executed after confirmation of the order by the Supplier. The Supplier has the right to refuse to execute an order in the absence of payment in the case of prepayment, in the case of suspected abuse or in the case of an obvious error in the price or description of the product, in which case it shall notify the User to the email provided by the User.<\/p>

III. Prices, Payment and Terms<\/h3>

Art. 9. (Prices)<\/strong>
All prices listed on the website are in euro (EUR)<\/strong> and are final (inclusive of all taxes and fees payable unless otherwise stated). The shipping cost is added to the final amount and displayed before the order is finalized.<\/p>

Art. 10. (Methods of payment)<\/strong>
Specific payment methods are described on the page \u201ePayment methods\u201c<\/strong> at capsiobg.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and may include, but are not limited to:<\/p>

  1. Payment by cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment by courier.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Online payment by bank card<\/strong>, processed through a licensed payment system (e.g. Stripe) if such option is available at the time of order.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    The currently valid payment methods are those displayed and active in the checkout process at the time of finalization.<\/p>
