Very soon we are adding new options such as mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice and olive oil-balsamic mix.

Yes, all available capsules can be combined in one order as needed.
The capsules are packed in cartons of:
- 1000 pcs (for 3 ml ), which is the minimum order
- 500 pcs (for 10 ml ), which is the minimum order
- 300 pcs (for 15 ml), which is the minimum order
The order can include different types as long as each is in multiples of 300 pcs, 500 pcs and 1000 pcs.
Example:
1 box of balsamic (3 ml) - 1000 pcs.
1 carton ketchup (15 ml) - 300 pcs.
Total capsules - 1800 pcs.
Yes, you can order capsules with your logo. We offer branding for a minimum order of 10 000 pieces with a lead time of 10 working days.
The added value is + 0.005 € per capsule.
Example:
1 carton of olive oil 500 pcs. with branding is calculated as follows: 500 pcs. x 0,005 € = 2,50 € (logo branding only)
In order to legally settle, we require signing a production agreement on an individual request and a 50% deposit upon signing the agreement.
Yes, CAPSIO offers the possibility of individual production with customer-supplied products under certain conditions. In order to maintain our high quality and safety standards it is important to achieve the following requirements:
- Minimum order: 10 000 ampoules
- Product must be factory sealed and in original packaging
- The shelf life must be a minimum of 3 months forward from the date of delivery
- Products with a shelf life of less than 3 months at the time of delivery will not be accepted
Required documents:
- Certificate of origin
- Certificate of Conformity (proves the product meets legal and safety standards)
- Chemical composition or content label and allergens
Yes, each capsule has a shelf life. Products should be stored in a dry and dark place, at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
Yes, in case of standard order with our product, payment is made by bank transfer.
For individual orders with branding or raw material provided by you, a 50% down payment and 50% upon delivery of finished product is required.
We provide flexible pricing for larger orders, with discounts determined individually according to the volume and parameters of the order.
The execution and delivery of orders depend on the type of request.
For standard products and availability, delivery is made in 2- 3 working days.
In case of branded capsules or when we work with raw material provided by the customer - the deadline is 10 working days, after approval of product and documents.
Deliveries:
- Sliven and the region we work with direct deliveries from our team to the customer.
- Outside the Sliven area we deliver by grouping orders or with special logistics organized by CAPSIO.
- For the rest of Bulgaria we send the capsules by Econt - fast, reliable, with cash on delivery option. In this case the delivery is borne by the customer.
