Who are they?
BACKSTAGE is not just a bar, but a place that combines food, music and social atmosphere into one complete concept. Located in Sliven, in the building of the Drama Theatre, it naturally carries the feeling of a stage outside the hall.
The menu focuses on burgers and bar food, combined with events such as acoustic nights, queer formats and sports screenings. It's a place where the customer doesn't just come to eat, but to experience a nice atmosphere.
BACKSTAGE was awarded as a laureate in the Golden Company project (2023), received the status of laureate in the Eagles Gastronomy ranking (2024) and won the Eagles Quality competition for the city of Sliven. These accolades are a direct indicator of consistency and a real level of performance.
